Do I need gym experience to start?

No. Coaching starts wherever you currently are, including complete beginners. The 6-Week Reset is built for exactly this — structure, form, and confidence before anything gets more advanced.

What equipment or gym access do I need?

A standard commercial gym is ideal, but plans can be adjusted for home gyms or limited equipment. This gets covered during onboarding after you apply.

How much time does this take each week?

Most plans run 3-5 training sessions a week, sized to your schedule. The point of hybrid coaching is that it fits around work, school, and family — not the other way around.

What's the difference between the three coaching tiers?

The 6-Week Reset is a focused starting point. Hybrid Coaching adds ongoing 1:1 accountability, form feedback, and adjustments as you go. Premium 1:1 adds coached sessions and the most direct, hands-on guidance.

Do you offer nutrition coaching?

Yes — every plan includes a habit-based nutrition system focused on protein, hydration, and consistency rather than restrictive dieting.
