I am a New Jersey-based hybrid athlete building Zee Ascendz around strength, endurance, and self-improvement. I believe everyone should be capable, confident, and fit enough to handle their regular livelihood, whether that means work, school, family, sports, or just feeling better every day. Fitness should support your life, not make your life smaller.
